Intending exhibitors are reminded that Saturday next, November 11, is the day for closing entries. Any who can are asked to send in entries as early as possible, in order to facilitate the work of the Secretary and comA special appeal is made to all residents, town and <?ountry, to do all in their powe. to assist. The Egmont Show has built up a reputation a, one of the best shows Jti. the Dominion, and tlie committee are working -hard to make this year's show better than that of any previous year. The exhibition of live stock is always a feature of the show. The riding' and other competitions are always attractive and interesting. The annual show of dogs is run under the auspices of the New Zealand Kennel Club. Entries far all these, and for the/home industries, are coining in well, and will be received until Saturday night, November 11. Schedules, entry forms, and all particulars may be -received on application to the secretary, P.O. Box 79, Hawera.
