PRESERVATION GUARANTMJ Received Nov. 1, 11.45 p.m., Rome, Nov. 1, The Pope has instructed the ApogtollJ delegate at Constantinople to inquiry into the unfavorable reports of the con* ' dition of the Allies graves at Gallipolf* and has been inofrmed that the graves at Ariburmi, Suvla Bay, Anafarta, and Scdd-ul Bahr are in a decorous condw tion. Some of those at the latter place! had been damaged by bombs, but Enveij Pasha had given instructions for The Turkish Government guarantees thj preservation of the graves.
