Hawkes Bay, Waiiurapa, Taranaki, and Manawatu were also remarkably, generous in then collections. Gisborne's total was £2900, an increase of .-€000; Hastings,, £1520, an incease of £IOM. A cable received from Genera' Booth to-night congratulates New Zealand upon its fine result.
