NIGHTMARE OF MILITARISM. MUST BE CRUSHEP ITALIAN SOCIALIST'S VIEWS Reuter Service Received Oct. 30, 11.50 p.m. Rome, Oct. 30. The Socialist Minister, Signor Bissolati, in a speech, denounced the treachery of the Austro-German Socialists, who bad deceived the Allied Socialists anent the war. Victory, he asserted, would be incomplete unless Europe was freed from the nightmare of Austro-German militarism. Italy would fight until that man-headed monster Austria was wiped ''off the map of Europe.
