RIFLE SHOOTING.
The first of a series of handicap euf matches between members of the Defence Eiflc Club will be fired at the Waiwakaiho range to-day and Satmday. The conditions are ten shots, with one optional sighter at each distance, at the 300 yds and 500 yds ranges. The following are the handicaps: Riflemen Oliver, Humphries, Bruce, Short, and Moore, scr.; Riflemen Blanches, and Marett. 2; Riflemen Keating and Coppen. Presidents F. J. Hill, 0. N.
