AN OBJECTIONABLE CENSUS New York, Oct. 23 The New York Times Berlin correspondent states that there is great indignatiori at the Reichstag committee's motion for a census of the. men who are providing the necessities of life in Germany. The measure was adopted against the advice of the Government representatives. who consider that prominent citizens who are serving in this way will regard the census as an insult.
