He pointed wit that his Majesty was purpling a course that would ultimately lead to the low ofjli'is throne. The King indiened that he still believed •in Germany's supremacy, and yrgued that the Greek army was not properly equipped, whilst the coffers were empty. lie stated that the Entente would not afford material assistance. M. tJrakanlis retorted that the Entente had hitherto never played anybody false, and would not allow Greece to iwant Ua anything if it abandoned neutrality. The King said he would consider the Suggestion of -VI. Drakaulis. . CABINET TROUBLES. Athens, Oct. <5. The Hestla declares that King Constantine dismissed the Cabinet because the majority favored war.- King Constantine showed great reserve in discussing intervention, declaring that the reconstitution of the army was essential before war could be begun. He called the Cabinet's proposal audacious. King Constantine's acceptance of the Cabinet's resignation was prompted by his own opinion that it will be necessary to reorganise the army before abandoning neutrality, Rome, Oct. 0.
