CORRESPONDENCE.

THE BOROUGH INSPECTOR "'•'■'' To the Editor. '^ _ Shv—While .thanking "Civis" for the nice things he said of my motor service, I regret that he used my name as a means of attack on the borough inspector. I iwould far rather fight my own battles. Further, I have no cause for complaint. "Ben" and I have had arguments—who hasn't?—but the letter puts the case far too strongly in representing me as a harassed and hunted individual, which I certainly am not. —I am, etc., ARTHUR J. SMTH.
