ENORMOUS ENEMY LOSSES London, October 3. In view of the lull in the Soinmc battle, interest is concentrated on the Balkans, particularly on the position of Roumania. The latest Bucharest telegrams deny that Austrian monitors, destroyed the pontoon bridge over the Danube, and state that the passage of troops, munitions and stores continues. The battle in the Dobrudja is increasing in violence, with enormous enemy losses. The Roumanians have penetrated 50 miles into Northern Transylvania A BULGARIAN REPORT,.' Renter. Amsterdam, October 5 A Bulgarian communique claims that Bulgarian column from Rnstclmk and Turtukai surrounded and destroyed 15 or 1G Roumanian battalions which crossed the -Danube at Rahano without artillery.
