The parade, headed by the Waitara Municipal Band, will march from the Drill Hall to the Wesleyan Church, where the services an to be held. A commencement is to be made tomorrow afternoon (Saturday) with the preparations of the much-needed handroom. The new building is to be a - 3f t by 25ft structure, and is to be, erected on the old institute site below the Freezing Works.
