INCENDIARISM IN SYDNEY. Australian-N.Z. Cable Association, Sydney, September 13. Another cotton-waste attempt at incendiarism was frustrated at a big furniture warehouse in Cleveland street, AMERICAN RAILWAY TROUBLES. Washington, Sept. 13. The Inter-State Commerce Commission reports that the total railway earnings for the past fiscal year were 1170 million dollars, a gain of 20.8 per cent, on the previous year. It is iUie first time earnings have reached a billion dollars. The railwaymen say that this fact justifies the recent threat to strike for higher wages. CARUSO'S RECORD PAY, Washing-ton, Sept. 13.
