HOLLAND.
DANGEROUS SPIES ARRESTED. Amsterdam, Sept., 13. A sensation has been caused in Holland by the arrest of a German named Jacob Hans Sex, also Jacob Dirkzwager, on suspicion of espionage. Dirkzwager, until March, was British Consular agent at Maasslius; lie was also Lloyd's agent. It is alleged that they consistently informed Germany of the departure of vessels from Holland for England. In one instance they disclosed the Batavier's impending departure, but the manager discovered the betrayal, and the departure was delayed. It is further alleged that Dirkzwager assisted German vessels to escape from Rotterdam, notifying Germany of their departure.
