ENTERTAINMENTS.
THE DANDIES TO-NIGHT. The visit of "The Dandies" is being awaited with pleasurable anticipation. The company, will appear in the Good Templar Hall to-night and also the three following evenings. Frequent changes of programme will be presented; 'these will contain the choicest items from "The Dandies" extensive repertoire. Brightness and vivacity are said to characterise the entertainment presented by Mr. Edward Branscombe's capable coterie of artists. Whether in comedy or the more serious musical numbers, there is an apparent vim and sparkle, which carries the audience along to an appreciable understanding. It is claimed for "The Dandies" that they possess the happy faculty of placing themselves on terms of pleasant intimacy with their audience from the first number, a condition which, it ; s claimed, prevails throughout the entire evening. Coining as they do with excellent credentials, it is safe to predict that the visitors will repeat the success achieved in the past seasons. Seats may be booked at Collier's.
