WAR LOAN CERTIFICATES.
Hie Chief 'Postmaster informs us that the Posta) Department has now received the necessary authority to take charge of A\ar Certificates and hold them in safe custody for the purchasers. This will relieve holders of all the anxiety which would necessarily have accompanied holdinff the certificates themselves An interim receipt will be issued by the local postmaster, and a final acknowledgment by the Chef Accountant, Postal Department, Wellington, where the certificates will be held.
