YOUNG. WOMAN'S SUICIDE By Telegraph—Press Association. Masterton, Sept. 4. Dolly Catt, aged 22, was found hanging at her home at Manaia this morning. A SOLDIER'S FATE. Auckland, Last Night. Charlie Shear, a returned soldier, who had been an inmate of the Avondale Mental Hospital since April 28, escaped from that institution on Saturday. His dead body was found drowned in a small creek on the hospital property at 10.30 this morning. He was aged 35. An inquest will be held to-morrow.
