SUPREME COURT, By Telegraph.—Pres3 Association. Auckland, Sept. 2. In the Supreme Court, Norman Selwyn Connolly, charged with attempted rape, was sentenced to three years' hard labor, and one year's hard labor for breaking his probation, sentences to be concurrent.
