The isa.ie of lh war i.--an bonds closed to-day, but ponding the receipt of details from other centres the Treasury is unable to give any idea of the total subscription before next week. In the meantime the issue of certificates fqr small investments through the Post Office continues satisfactory. Yesterday's total was £II,OOO and to-day, Wellington put up a record with £10,250.
