A NAPIER CASE. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Napier, August 30. The case against Professor Ishenvood, magnetic licaler and clairvoyant, in the Supreme Court to-day created much local interest. He was charged with obtaining money by false pretences from a number of Maoris. He foretold events, :ured diseases, and promised children to childless couples for payment. Lengthy evidence by the, prosecution took up the whole day.
