KEW ZEALAND MEAT. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Paimerston Norte, Last Night. Messrs.. Melisop, Eliott and Co., local agents for Gilbert Anderson, have received a cable from Anderson, London, as ' follows: "Present unsatisfactory position in the meat trade lias been caused by the absence of New Zealand supplies. New Zealand prices are iixed by the Board of Trade, while the prices of foreign shipments of meat are not controlled. American , t salesmen are drawing further supplies -of New Zealand meat to enable them to maintain the disparity in prices."
