{"From Our Own Correspondent.)' Waitara, Yesterday. The s.s. Durham completed her shipment in the roadstead in lfl barge loads. It consisted of 0995 quarters of beef, .1084 carcases of nuiton, and 8!) easks of tallow, all being for Liverpool. A programme of well rendered and greatly appreciated music was played on the Camp Reserve yesterday afternoon by the Waitara Brass Band, but in view of the ideal gather the attendance was not up to expectations. The programme consisted of "Bellevue," ''Oh God Our Help,'' To the .Memory of the Brave," "Scenes of Beauty" "Garland of Flowers," "Follow the Drum." coneluding with "God. Save the King." The Coloured Coons' concert held in St. John's Hall last Friday evening, in aid of the Christinas Gift Fund, was a repetition of Thursday's evening's entertainment. and was greatly enjoyed by the large audience. A portion of the wheat grown at Bell Block and sent to Waitara for sale on behalf of patriotic funds realised £1!) Cs 2d, ,
