TURKEY PRESSED. / BITLIS EVACUATED. Petrograd, August 25. A communique states:—Our offensive is continuing westward of Lake Vail and we are pursuing the remnant of the Turks in the direetion of Mosul. London, August 2ii. The Russians are advancing along the (.ntire Asiatic front. The Turks have evacuated Bitlis (west of Lake Van).
