GERMAN AIRMEN. Received. August 28, 5.5 p.m. London, August 26. A semi-official document, captured by the French', shows the Germans are experiencing" -great difficulties in manning aeroplanes. The officer's diary admits the German airmen are inferior to the French and English, and says: "This ttuit affect the German morale.*
