TURKISH INITIATIVE. ON THE VERGE OF COLLAPSE. Received August 24, 0.45 p.m. 'Petrograd, August 24. It is officially believed'that from thirteen to fifteen Turkish divisions are operating in the Erzingan region. About two corps are engaged on Lake Van, on the Bitlia and Mush line, and four to six divisions in Mesopotamia.
