CONDITIONS HEALTHIER, By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wellington. Last Night. Improved weather conditions are, says General Henderson, having a maiked improvement 011 the health of men in ramp. Many have been suffering from colds owing t.n the continued wet weather, but, if the present fine spell is maintained for a few days longer, minor ailments will disappear. Of five cerebro spinal meningitis cases at Trontham, two are now out of danger, and the others are distinctly improving.
