RIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The Department of Agriculture, Industries, and Commerce has received the following cablegram from the High Commissioner for New Zealand, dated London, August 10 (Note, quotations, unless otherwise specified, are average market prices on spot): Meat.—Owing to continued small suplilies of New Zealand mutton and lamb, Argent'ne mutton prices are highei, Home killed mutton and English lamb are in good supply. Secondary quality New Zealand beef is in poor demand at lower prices.
