V' At the inquest, Walter Faircloughw ' dentist, stated that he found Kirk.dead; in bed this morning. Witness found ai bottle labelled with the name of a dead-* ly poison and a tumbler on a duchesej chest three yards from the bed. Tha body was completely covered with tha bed-clothes, Witness was an intimate friend of the deceased's family, and wished to have. a post-mortem >xaniind» tion, to clear up the cause of death.
