'THE IRISH PROBLEM MUST BE SOLVED BY PARLIAMENT, Australian-!! .Z. Cable Association, Received August 17, 7.15 p.m. London, August 10. The Overseas Parliamentarians, at the Belfast Mayoral luncheon, denied that the visit was intended to dictate Irish domestic affairs, but contended that the Imperial Parliament was controlling the affairs of the. whole Empire, anil would find a solution of the Irish problem.
