The Daily Telegraph declares that Chicago influences are largely responsible for the rise in wheat on the English markets during the past few days. Some Mark Lane factors declare that the movement is the .result of a GermanAmerican conspiracy to force the prices. It we could increase the freightage from the Argentine and Australia it would counteract the American gambling.
