A Petrograd official message records a great Russian victory south of the Dniester. They broke the enemy front over sixteen miles, and have got astride the Kolomea-Stanislav railway, capturing the heights beyond. The prisoners include 2000 Germans. The Morning Post's Petrograd correspondent states that the Russian successes 011 the Graberka and Sereth Rivers brings them within striking distance of the River Bug, the last natural obstacle 011 the road to Lemberg. - I
