At an extraordinary session of Congress, Signor Costa, Minister of Finance, Loans and Foreign Affairs, narrated the results of the visit to London from which he had just returned. The Premier, in a speech, eulogised the Allies and spoke in favor of Portuguese participation in the war. A resolution was adopted approving what the Ministers had done.
