THE LUSITANIA VICTIMS. GERMANY TO PAY OUT Australian-N.Z. Cable Association. New York, August 7. The Sun says that Count Bernstorff is urging Mr. Lansing to sign an agreement whereby Cerinany gives a strict account in cash for every American lost in the Lusitania. The price is SOOO dollars for each man and less for .women and children. It is feared if the agreement become.; known the public will strongly protest at the proposed money equivalent for American lives.
