The New Plymouth sub-centre of this British Red Cross last week forwarded to Wellington, one case containing the following goods:—10 splints, 9 diet cloths, IGS rollci bandages, 1100 swabs, 30 abdominal puckers, 111 T bandages, 8 many-tailed bandages, 3 draw sheets, 06 pillow cases, 1 hand knitted towel, 18 bath towels, 0 cotton blankets, 26$ pairs pyjamas, 5 flannel bed shirts, 1 flannel bed jacket, 4 : day shirts, 18 flannel under-shirts. 5 face washers, 24 eye bandages, 12 hot water bag covers, 17 pairs bed socks, 1 pair mittens 1 scarf, 6 pairs socks. . From the f'mangi branch, the following mods haVe been forwarded: 3 pairs a*kg, 1 pair bed socks, 2 flannel shirts, 8 pairs mittens, (i face washers, 7 trea>ivc bag., 12 cup covers, 3 hot water bag oxers, 3 (mil's pyjamas, 2 bed jackets, 3 handkerchiefs (from Erana .Tirini). Th committee wishes to acknowledge with thanks the following gifts:—Mrs. W. F. McAllum, socks; 'Mrs. Cattley, 4 pairs bed socks; Mrs. ilverest, 1 pair mittens; Mrs. Ovompton, 5 pairs knitted socks; Miss Wilson, 1 knitted scarf; money for matcriul from Mrs. ( F. 0. Kvaas, Miss Gascovne, Mrs, Newman, Mrs. A. ,T. Smith, Mrs. W. Chaiiev, Baptist Ladies' Guild.
