THE EMPIRE.
FOUR CHANGES WEEKLY. SPECIAL STAR FILMS COMING. With the Theatre Royal in ashes and Everybody's Theatre not yet completed the management find it necessary to arrange for the screening of four programmes eacli week at "the Empire to enable local picture patrons to view eacli of the splendid prograniiines released in New Zealand every week by the New Za'and Picture Supplies, Ltd. With this end in view it has been decided to screen changes of programme on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. The Monday change will be the same programme that has proved such an immense draw at the Theatre Royal during the. first pari of each wWk for many months past. As this is a very strong programme the management may on some oeciisions screen again on the Friday. The Friday and Saturday programme will be the usual Saturday programme on the Empire circuit. The management intend publishing a .-pecial advertisement each Monday and Tuesday to notify patrons what pictures are showing eacli night during (he week, and also recommend our readers to cut this advertisement out and keep in a prominent place as there will be many star attractions that will be screened for one night only.
