A STREAM OF COMPLAINTS. DUE TO INADEQUATE TRANSPORT. (Times Service.) Received July 12, 10.5 p.m. London, July 12. The Times, in a leader, states: We are receiving a stream of complaints regarding the Mesopotamia expedition, The food is irregular, bad, and frequently short, while there is much sickness, and the medical equipment is insufficient. The troubles are due to inadequacy of river transport.
