BULGARIAN HELP WANTED. A DIPLOMATIC REPLY. Rome, July 11. It is reported that the Kaiser and the Emperor Franz Josef made an urgent request to King Ferdinand to despatch Bulgarian troops to the Galician and Trentino fronts. An Austro-German delegation visited Sofia on Sunday and pointed out that the continued Russian and Italian success would bring Roumania into the war. King Ferdinand replied that the withdrawal of the Bulgarians would invite an immediate attack by the Allies at Salonika. He promised to consult the General Staff. 1 GENERAL SARRAIL INSPECTS ENEMY'S FRONT. Salonika, July 12. General Sarrail was in an aeroplane for three hours inspecting the enemy's front. MONTENEGRIN INSURRECTION CETTINJE BURNED BY AUSTRIAN'S. Received July 12, 5.2J p.m. Rome. July 11. It is reported that the insurrection against the Austrians is general in Montenegro. The Austrians burned Cettinje, including the palace. FEELING IN ROUMANIA. ACTION URGED. MUNITIONS REQUIRED. Received July 12, 5.25 p.m. London, July 11. The Daily Telegraph's Bucharest correspondent states that the Allies' general offensive has deeply stirred Roumanian public feeling. Opposition newspapers are violently demanding that M. Bratianu ('Premier and War Minister) I should take action. I Officials assert that M. Bratianu is 'aware that Roumania's opportunity is approaching and desires Russia to hasten the delivery to Roumania of munitions held up at Vladivostock. He also desires that the Allies' jhall take the offensive from Salonika, so as to keep the j Bulgars occupied.
