NATIONAL PEACE COMMITTEE. GOVERNMENT ASSAILED. FURTHER RIOTS AT MUNICH. JOLITAJSX SITUATION CRITICAL. Received July 9. 11,40 p.m. Amsterdam, Julv 9. Prince Wedd, under Herr HoflwegVs auspices, has formed a national committee advocating an honorable and lasting peace. It includes prominent industrialists and agriculturalists. Conservative newspapers are indignant, and bitterly assail the Government for giving the committee a semi•DfhVial sanction. They declare that Germany needs a gloriously decisive, and oct a so-called reasonable peace. Further riots occurred at Munich, due to exasperation at the enormous Bavarian casualties, also to the food prices. The burgomaster has been dismissed for inefficiency.
