Mr. C. Winks, who mainly for reasons of health, at the beginning of the year left Jlawcra on a short visit to Argentina and England, has rclurned.— Star. Mr. (.'. <;. Andrews has siili'ered two paralytic strokes recently, and his condition is causing bis friends mn'cli anxiety (says the Waitara Mail). Archdeacon Jacob, of Tii.uiru, and formerly of Jlawcra, has offered his services as' chaplain. His offer has been accepted, and lie goes with the Fifteenth Reinforcements.
