The Times' Copenhagen correspondent states that Captain Persius, writing in the Tageblatt, says that in view of the abandonment of the Declaration of London, Germany is initiating a new and reckless submarine war A great number of submarines was available. ADMIRAL JELLICOE'S DESPATCHES. Received July 5. 8.35 p.m. London, July 5. Admiral Jellieoe's despatches will probably be available on Friday.
