ROUMANIA DEEPLY IMPRESSED. WILL INTERVENE SHORTLY. Received July 4, 0.5 p.m. Bucharest, July 4. „ The Allies' offensive has deeply imjpressed Roumania. M. Filipescu telegraphed io the Petit Parisien that he was confident Roumania would shortly intervene. Roumania had prohibited exports to Bulgaria, and seized Hungarian rolling stock sent to Roumania to prevent capture by the Russians.
