HERR LIEBKXECHT'S SENTENCE. Berlin, June 29. Herr Liebknecht, the Socialist leader, lias been sentenced, to 2% years' penal servitude, and dismissal from the armv, for attempted high treason, gross insubordination snd resistance of the authorities. The court sentenced him to the lowest penalty admissible, believing Herr Liebknecht was not guided by dishonest feeling, but by political fanaticism.
