H. Bullard), and members of the Board.

A London cable states that the Duke oi Devonshire has been appointed Gov-ernor-General of Canada.

Lieutenant Gladstone Ward, son of Sir Joseph Ward, has received his full commission in the transport section of the Imperial Army Service Corps.
