It is prepared to buy any aiwmnt the employees authorise, deducting from wages 2s Cd weekly for cyiry 10s invested. COMPULSION. Melbourne, June 2d. The Federal Cabinet has referred the question of compulsory training to a Military Board upon whose report Cabinet's action will be determined. FURTHER CASUALTIES. Received June 20, 11.26 p.m. Sydney, Juno 26. List No. 180 includes the names of 78 men who were previously reported missing. It now states:— Killed in action at Gallipoli: Private J. I'. Dee. Ill: Driver S. X. Anderson, Privates L. Orr, P, T. Olliver, J. Wares, E, Flypn.
