A BLATANT ARTICLE. "WE WILL HAVE A SAY." Received June 25, 5.5 p.m. Amsterdam, June 2. The Frankfurter Zeitung, commenting on the Economic Conference, says that when the new regulation for the world's eeoonmy is to be decided, Germany, Aostria, Bulgaria, and Turkey will aho have a say. "It is' not a 'peace concluded' that does not leave our economic strength room for the. fullest expansion, which we previously had. Any other peace will only lead in the shortest time to a repetition of to-day's world's disaster."
