The Times Parliamentary correspondent says that there is acute division in the Cabinet over the Irish proposals. A section, which, it is understood, is headed by Mr. Long, is utterly opposed to Mr. Lloyd George's scheme, and suggests that Cabinet as a whole is not responsible for it.
