DEMOCRATIC PLATFORM. By Cable. —Press Association—Copyright Washington, June 10. The St. Louis Democratic platform condemned hyphenated Americans as subvervise tp American unity and destructive of the nation's welfare. It repudiated their efforts to influence the United States Government, denounced existing conspiracies lauding the neutrality platform, and held that the United States must use its power not only to make itself safs at home but to secure its just interests throughout the world, affirming t!«e right of small States to live their own live? and choose their own sovereignity. It believed the time had arrivd for America to join others nations to prevent wars.
