Teheran, June 14. A British column, under General Sykes, has entered Karman and been cordially welcomed. AX OFFENSIVE CHECKED. Received June 15, 7.20 p.m. Petrograd, June 14. A communique states: We have stopped an offensive by important enemy forces in the direction of Bagdad.
