FOOTBALL.
TE AUTE V. NEW PLYMOUTH HIGH SCHOOL. i Football enthusiasts will be pleased to learn that Mr. Moyes, Principal of the New Plymouth High .School, has been able to arrange for a visit from the Te Ante College football team, who will play Jie boys of the local High School on Saturday week. The annual match between Te Aute and Wangamii College is always one of the features of the Winter Show, at Palnierston North,' and the fine play of the Maori boys in greatly'admired. The local lads have also made a reputation in the triangular school matches, and also in local Rugby Union competitions, so that a meeting between these two teams is full of interest. The gate proceeds will be devoted to the Patriotic Fund. For the evening, Mrs. C. H. Burgess (Mayoress), is arranging a patriotic concert, at which the Te Aute lads will be the principal performers.
