PRESENT POSITION. By Telegraph.—Press Association, Wellington, Yesterday. The chairman of the Recruiting Board (Right Hon. W. F. llassey), has issued the following statement:— The position generally throughout the Dominion with respect to recruiting for the Eighteenth Reinforcements, due to mobilise during the last week of this month, is very satisfactory.
