NOTES FROM LONDON. LINCOLN THE SPY. London, June 5. Ignatius Lincoln, a late British M.P., arrived at Enston Station, where only photographers recognised him. He appears at Bow Street Court on Tuesday. DOUBTFUL ALIENS. Received June 7, fl pin. London, June. 7. Lord Hendley, in a public speech, denounced the Government's treatment of aliens, and said that there were 320,000 doubtful aliens in London alone.
