THE WHEAT MARKET. By Cable —Prcsj Association—Copyright. London, May 24. Wheat is dull and there is a lower trend, following a sharp fall in America. INVERCARGILL WOOL SALES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Jnvercargill, Yesterday. The wool sales have opened.- There were 0750 bales offered. The buyers included Bradford and a representative of the French Government. Competition was keen, and good wools realised equa} to the previous sales. Medium showed a decline, and seedy were easier by three-farthings to a penny. ' Slipe wool realised lflVsd, three-quarter-bred to 18% d, fine crossbred 18%, lambs 14% d. For choice wools the demand has improved.
